Jeff Shanahan Named President and COO of FTS

Financial Transaction Services (FTS) announced that is has named Jeff Shanahan, the company’s Chief Operating Officer, to the position of President, effective immediately.

Jeff Shanahan will continue to serve as the Chief Operating Officer as well. Shanahan has been the COO of FTS for the past two years and is responsible for running all day to day operations within FTS.

Shanahan is replacing Greg Mohr, who will continue to serve as a board member and Executive Vice President.

In addition, Tony Sdao will be stepping down as CFO. Tony will continue to serve as a board member of FTS. Debbie Cotts will continue to serve as Director of Finance.
