FTS Announces Jeff Shanahan as New Board Member

The Class A Members of Financial Transaction Services have elected Jeffrey Shanahan as a member of the Board, in replacement of Steven E. Dawe, in addition to Brian Shanahan, Tony Sdao and Greg Mohr that already serve as members of the Board.

Jeffrey Shanahan, COO and Secretary of the Company, has undertaken the operational responsibilities of Steven E. Dawe with respect to the day-to-day business of the Company.
