FTS Acquires Premier First Data ISO Charge Card Systems, Inc.

Financial Transaction Services (FTS), a full-service provider of electronic transaction services, announces its acquisition of Charge Card Systems, Inc. (CCS), a provider of electronic payment processing solutions based in Boca Raton, Fla.
Charge Card Systems was founded in 2003 by Anthony Andreozzi, Sr., Bernard Shavitz, and Jeffrey Shavitz, all successful entrepreneurs, who have proven track records in building successful businesses across several industries. Since its inception, CCS has grown into a successful ISO providing electronic payment processing services nationwide by establishing a veteran and knowledgeable distribution channel.
